1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SnapConvertor (snapconvertor.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

2. Service Description

SnapConvertor provides free web-based tools for converting images between formats such as JPG, PNG and WebP. The service is offered “as-is” and “as available,” subject to the limitations described below.

3. User Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service. We do not require account creation; however, you are responsible for any activity conducted through your device or IP address.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

• ✅ You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
• ❌ You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic, or that violates third-party rights or any applicable laws.
• ❌ Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or excessive requests that overload our servers are forbidden.

5. Intellectual Property

All site software, design, text and graphics (except files uploaded by users) are the property of SnapConvertor Tech and licensed content providers. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

6. File Handling & Deletion

Uploaded images are processed in RAM or temporary storage solely for conversion. They are automatically deleted within two (2) hours after conversion or sooner at our discretion. We do not manually review files unless required for debugging or legal compliance.

7. Advertising & Revenue

SnapConvertor is monetized via Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to display personalized ads. Please review our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out choices.

8. Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service (in whole or part) at any time without liability. We may also remove any content that violates these Terms or Google Publisher Policies.

9. Disclaimers

SnapConvertor provides no warranty of any kind—express, implied or statutory—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that converted files will meet your exact specifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapConvertor Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapConvertor Tech and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Rajkot, Gujarat. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a new “Last updated” date and, where required, prominent notice on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
